Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) strategies
AIRtec maintains a comprehensive company-wide Risk and Issue Management Program used for the identification and tracking to resolution issues and risks that could have an impact on the success of AIRtec and their customers, including the Supply Chain. The procedures in this document are used by the AIRtec team to identify, evaluate, and manage risks and issues within programs/projects to proactively apply approved risk-issue mitigation through a 5-step process. The project will use a single repository to record and track project issues and risks. AIRtec’s Supply Chain process focuses on four key framework principles and requires personnel to apply risk-based thinking. These principles are::
-Maintain an up-to-date approved Suppliers List.
